amazing experience, art and excellent service
helpful staff welcome drink
The staff was super helpful and polite. I especially appreciated the warm welcome drink. mr kien, the bellman, recommended excellent places near the area and helped with luggage. ms. chau anh shared the welcome drink recipe with my wife and i. We really valued this.

the hotel is very central. it is near the lake and theater. i felt comfortable walking and shopping around the area and enjoyed the proximity to key attractions.

great location breakfast buffet rooftop pool limited light small gym
the location was great. it was easy to walk to many local attractions. the breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices (the pho station was a highlight). the rooftop pool area was nice.
my room faced an interior courtyard (it had limited natural light). the gym was small with limited equipment.

mixed feelings about this stay.
small room constant noise
My stay wasn't great. the room i got was quite small, a real letdown compared to what i saw online. also, the noise level was really frustrating. It was hard to sleep because of constant sounds from the street. i asked for help but didn't get much. It seemed like no one could do anything about it. this made my vacation pretty tiring, unfortunately.
